Our micro-milling range is called Miniken.

It is composed of micro tools, manufactured under special substrates and state-of-the-art machinery. They range from 0.1mm to 3mm diameter.

The geometries and coatings used are high performance and stand out for their surface finishing, very important in this type of geometries.

MINIKENCUT

The Minikencut family tools are designed and oriented to machine all types of materials. Thanks to its geometry and surface coating, its application goes from cast iron, basic and stainless steels to steels treated with 70 Hrc hardness. This family is also recommended for machining titanium, nickel and inconel alloys.

MINIKENAL

The tools of Minikenal family are designed and oriented for machining aluminum.

Thanks to their geometry we also recommend them for materials such as copper and fibers.

MINIKENGRAF

The tools of Minikengraf family are designed and oriented to excel especially in graphite machining.

The Unikencut range is our biggest bet. In this range we combine our more than 45 years of experience in the design and manufacture of cutting tools with the best substrates and coatings on the market.

The tools of Unikencut family are designed and oriented for use in technologies such as HSC, HPR, TPC, HFC and CSC. These machining technologies allow higher cutting speeds and feeds, extending the tool life. In addition, machining times per part are reduced, resources are optimized and investment needs are reduced.

This range, due to the wide variety of geometries, substrates and coatings, allows us to machine all types of materials such as steels, hardened steels up to 70Hrc, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium alloys, nickel and inconel.

The Unikenal range is the result of more than 45 years of dedication and experience within the aeronautical and aerospace sector.

Its geometries are designed and oriented for machining aluminum, in roughing and finishing operations. We have a wide variety of means for machining aluminum due to to its diversity of geometries, which makes us unique with respect to any other manufacturer.

Depending on the type of aluminum to be machined, we guide our customers in choosing the best option.

This UNIKENAL family is offered in two variants, with and without DLC.

In Kendu we do also have our own technology for the hardening of the cutting edge in aluminum machining. Thanks to our advanced technology, we extend the useful life of the tool.

The Unikengraf range is the family oriented to graphite machining. Their geometries and diamond coatings are specifically designed and oriented for graphite machining at high speeds and feeds.

They offer up to 10 times longer tool life than conventional coated cutters.

Available in a wide variety of geometries, these tools feature the best possible substrate to ensure perfect adhesion of the diamond coating over a wide range of cutting parameters.

The Unikenfi range is designed and oriented for machining glass and carbon fiber composites, plastic reinforced carbon fiber and similar materials.

The UnikenFi range covers a wide range of end mills with specific cutting edges. The geometries feature state-of-the-art designs for efficient machining. In this way, composite parts are free from damage and delamination and achieve a perfect finish.

Kendu has overcome these challenges thanks to the combination of high-performance carbide and its K-FIBER diamond coating, which guarantees the tools’ resistance to withstand high levels of abrasion and deliver optimum performance in both component quality and tool life.

The HMken range stands for versatility. This range is designed and oriented for machining all types of materials with conventional cutting conditions.

Thanks to their wide variety of cutting edge lengths, these geometries allow us to machine surfaces that a standard tool could not.

The HMken range combines geometries with and without surface coating. It is designed for machining aluminum but can also machine all types of steels, hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium alloys and nickel.

This family includes specific geometries for deburring, engraving, and chamfering.

The ECOken range is our commitment to cost-effectiveness. The introduction of different carbide grades combined with our K-CROM+ and K-PRO surface coatings guarantees the machining of a wide range of materials and different applications. These tools are especially rewarding price/performance wise.

The ECOken range is designed and oriented to machine all types of steels, hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium and nickel alloys.

The Unikendrill range is oriented for the drilling process.

Our solid carbide drilling tools are manufactured with the best equipment specifically geared to their manufactur. With the perfect combination of both high-performance carbide and innovative tip and groove geometry, they provide a high level of process safety and guaranteed optimum chip evacuation.

We have different geometries, each of them designed and oriented for the machining of materials such as aluminum, steel and cast iron, drilling of stainless materials, titanium and inconel alloys and difficult to machine materials.

Our Unikendrill range is the ideal choice for drilling up to 6XDC and can be varied up to 40XDC.

The ROSCken range is designed and oriented to the threading of blind or through holes.

These geometries, designed and manufactured on K-PLUS coated cooled solid carbide, allow us to thread and deburr in a single operation. Versatile and cost-effective, our interpolation threading range allows us to safely thread different materials such as hardened steels up to 70 hRc, Titanium, Inconel, etc…
